Top 8Things the Boy in this Photo is ThinkingWin or lose, Hillary Clinton's candidacy has made history. No serious candidate for president (with the exception perhaps of Robert Kennedy) has ever openly sought the Latino vote like she has: pressing flesh with undocumented immigrants at taco stands, meeting with members of the National Association of Elected Officials, and posing for pics with boys in Mariachi outfits in Texas (below).
