TOP 8 Ways Burger King Ad is Offensive

It's hard to say what's worse about Burger King's "little spicy Mexican" commercial for a new "Texican" hamburger that recently angered the Mexican government. So we decided to let you decide. Here are the TOP 8 reasons the ad is offensive to Hispanics.

1. It portrays Mexicans as being short people, which really hurts Mexicans' feelings because it's mostly true.
2. Why couldn't the cowboy have been a midget and the Mexican wrestler the tall one? Alright, we'll get over the height thing. Eventually.
3. "Texican Whopper" isn't as catchy as "Mexas Whopper."
4. A real Mexican wrestler would never wear a Mexican flag (which is illegal in Mexico), and he'd never let a Texas cowboy into his living room because Texans have a history of claiming their Mexican host's land as their own.
5. It implies that the seventh member of the 1970s band YMCA was a gay Mexican midget wrestler.
6. Did we mention the being short thing yet?
7. The Mexican is chubby and the American is skinny. He-lloooo!? The Biggest Loser, anyone?
8. "Unidos por el Destino" (United by Destiny) slogan should have concluded with" "Pero Separados por el Maldito Border Fence" (But Separated by the Damned Border Fence).
